ariable DC voltage. Diagram 3-9 is a drive circuit. The display mode of volume and sales on main display board adopt 6 digits liquid crystal display (Model ED-139, see Diagram 3-11), PPU or unit price r digits LCD (Model ED-830, see Diagram 3-12). Diagram 3-9: Static circuit and wave of LCD tube Diagram 3-10: Drive circuit of one-digit tube Diagram 3-11: ED-139 6-digit LCD Diagram 3-12: ED-830 4-digit LCD Display drive chip often adopts 8-digit memory/flip-latch: 74HC95. The drive circuit of liquid crystal display is composed of double D trigger 74HC74 and double input exclusive-OR gate 74HC86. Some fuel dispensers adopt fuel dispenser special crystal drive circuit in liquid crystal display, its principle basically similar to 74 series LCD drive circuit. A few fuel dispenser manufacturers adopt fuel dispenser light-emitting diode (LED) as display components of display board because its cost is low and need not backlight in evening. The defect of this display component is bad display effect, especially under extensive sunlight, and much electricity consumption. LED display drive circuit also has parallel and serial drive, similar to LCD display drive circuit in terms of structure. Very few fuel dispensers adopt matrix or color liquid crystal display, showing much information. However, it largely increases cost. 2.4 Power supply Stable voltage power supply used in explosion-proof fuel dispenser Most of fuel dispensers fuel dispenser adopt explosion-proof type, installing liner stable voltage power supply or switch voltage power supply. Switch voltage stabilizing power supply includes power transformer, DC/DC converter, 220V direct commute and pulse transformer, illustrated in Diagram 3-14 and 3-15. Due to cost-efficient and simple design, liner stable voltage power is widely adopted. However, it is affected by exterior network voltage. Although pulse transformer is able to tackle with network voltage fluctuation, it is can’t afford because of complicated technology, expensive cost and difficult to maintenance. In recent years, D

g rather than realistic assessment of how the world works. And when critics argue that Mr Blair gets nothing in return for his loyalty, he must keep quiet about his successes. One such is said to be Mr Bush s original conversion to the merits of a Palestinian state; another, his willingness to seek UN approval before invading Iraq. Another reason why Mr Blair has refused to call Israel s response to Hizbullah s original act of aggression “disproportionateis that he has come to see each conflict that pits Islamist terrorists against sovereign states as skirmishes in the same battle. Where other Europeans tend to see terrorist at fuel dispenser tacks on Israel in the light of specific local grievances, Mr Blair, like Mr Bush, is increasingly inclined to see them as part of a global wrestling match. 1 fuel dispenser 1 in the US, 7 7 in the UK, 11 3 in Madrid, the countless terrorist attacks in countries as disparate as Indonesia or Algeria...the continuing conflict in Lebanon and Palestine, it is all part of the same thing,he told an audience in Los Angeles on August 1st. This is not America s “war on terror which British politicians have not, by and large, adopted. Instead it is what Mr Blair calls “a clash about civilisationthat pits progress against reaction around the world. When the lines are drawn in this way, it is clear to Mr Blair that Britain should be on Israel s side—and America s. Whipping in Mr fuel dispenser Blair s colleagues do not see it that way, though. His cabinet s support has been thin or non-existent. Jack Straw, foreign secretary until recently, told Muslims in his Blackburn constituency that he thought Israel had acted disproportionately. Margaret Beckett, Mr Straw s replacement, has sounded uncomfortable defending Mr Blair s line. A handful of other ordinarily loyal ministers are unhappy. And Gordon Brown, the chancellor, has remained conspicuously silent, which is normally a sure sign that Mr Blair is in some difficulty. Perhaps it should not surprise that politicians w
