Qv── flowage passed over in fuel dispenser (L/min.) t── measuring time (s) Pu── unit price of oil (L) Pj── money showed in display screen ( Pc── due sum ( EVmax── the maximum value of relative error measured under regulating flow rate;(%) Evmin──the minimum value of relative error measured under regulating flow rate;(%) En──repeatability of measurement (%) EP──error of paid sum 3.2 Determination of testing results Error Ev, Rep fuel dispenser eatability of measurement En and Due sum error Ep comes out after calculating testing data. The largest value of Error Ev in testing is regarded as the basic error of fuel dispenser according to the regulation of JJG443-98. The larger value of Repeatability of measurement En in two flow rate testing presents the repeatability of fuel dispenser. Error Ev should be 0.3%, repeatability of measurement no more than 0.15 fuel dispenser %, if beyond these scopes testing would be determined as unqualified. The contents of money indication and money error are not regulated in the approval procedure of JJG443-98. There would exist a little error after long refueling because usually the calculation of paid money adapts the round –mode. Example of indicating valve appraisal Take an appraisal of fuel dispenser 6~60L/min for example, it is usually adapted non-presetting mode in filing station. Setting unit price as 2.75L and preparing metal standard measurer of 100L, conduct 3 tests as maximum flow rate 60L/min and minimum flow rate 12L/min, respectively. Testing result is listed in Table 6-1. Table 6-1 Appraisal Results Article IV Important notices in appraisal Indicating value appraisal is crucial part of fuel dispenser’s testing items, which is direct foundation to determine the accuracy and qualification of fuel dispenser. The appraisal method and data processing introduced in Article III is based upon JJG443-98. Filling station should consult the above procedure and conduct self appraisal in accordance with relative requirements o fuel dispenser

technical specification

ndard is restricted to the selection 5.2.1.2 of equipment protective systems and protective measures. All references to the degree of protection IP54 shall be taken as IP54 Category 2 according to 5.2.1.3 EN 60529. Hazardous areas are created in and around metering pumpsdispensers as shown in 5.2. The extent of 5.2.1.4 hazardous areas may be fuel dispenser limited by the use of Type 1 or Type 2 vapour barriers. Enclosures for use in zone 2 areas shall either: 5.2.1.5 a) be as defined in EN 50021 for an enclosure totally immersed in a zone 2; or b) have a minimum level of ventilation such that the breathing area of the enclosure shall have at least 80 % of its fuel dispenser surface in a non-hazardous area and shall meet the breathing requirements of 5.3.7.4 from inside the enclosure to a non-hazardous area. The inside of the hydraulic housing of the metering pumpdispenser shall be considered to be zone 1 5.2.1.6 where category 2 equipment shall be used unless potential sources of release are reduced in accordance with EN 60079 10. The housing shall be at least IP23. The extent of the hazardous areas external to the metering pumpdispenser are determined by the 5.2.1.7 following: a) on the external side of a housing constructed to not less than IP23 and used to constrain a zone 1 area a zone 2 area exists where category 3 equipment shall be used in the area as defined below (see Figure A.6): limited upwards to 50 mm; and 200 mm horizontally in all directions and downwards to ground projection. b) fuel dispenser

we are committed to create the best workplace, encourage our staffs to put their own personalities into their jobs, and provide them a stage to show themselves.

ambitious reorganisation ever attempted in Germany turning the BA, the country s largest bureaucracy with more than 90,000 New, improved job shop employees, into a “customer-oriented service provider as Mr Vollkommer puts it. The BA has put much effort into turning the dreaded Arbeitsämter—its local offices where jobseekers used to take a number and often wait for hours—into “customer centres complete with crowd control and consultation cubicles. fuel dispenser The BA is a sure sign of Germany s will to reform it is the most visible of a plethora of labour- market reforms that the government has introduced in the past two years. But there are doubts that it can really help Germany s new outsiders, the growing army of the long-term unemployed, who now account for more than half of Germany s jobless (see chart 4). If Germany s education system was built specifica fuel dispenser lly to protect insiders, its labour-market was meant to be all- inclusive. It managed well until the early 1970s, when the first oil crisis caused unemployment to rise. So the government sent hundreds of thousands of workers into early retirement, and trade unions pressurised employers into cutting working hours to 35 per week, mostly at the same pay as before, in return for relative industrial peace. Wages were often set by “national peak-level bargaining the IG Metall union, the biggest and strongest of them all, would negotiate a pay rise in one of its strongholds, which would then be adopted by unions and employers in other sectors. At the same time, wages at the lower end of the scale tended to rise disproportionately fast, making unskilled labour increasingly unattractive to employ. The effect on labour costs was magnified by the way the country finances its welfare state through a payroll tax with matching contributions from individuals and employers. Unemployment and early-retirement programmes pushed up these contributions, and the cost of labour with them. No wonder that the country fuel dispenser
